Google Analytics
With consent, Google receives page-view information, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers to help us understand visits. We report public page paths without query strings or fragments, use only the referring website’s origin, and do not send form values or enable advertising features.
The _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 60 days and are removed when you withdraw consent. Event-level data retention is set to two months; aggregated reports can remain longer. Google processes analytics data and may process it outside the EEA. Read Google’s privacy policy for its practices.
Google Maps
The map at the bottom of the home page is a drawing served from this site, made from OpenStreetMap data, so viewing it contacts no one else. Clicking the map or the Route button opens Google Maps, which then receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies. Read Google’s privacy policy for its practices.
AIOS attribution
We use AIOS, a server-side attribution service, to understand which campaign or referring page brought a visit to this site. For a qualifying visit, AIOS receives the page address, referring page, campaign or click identifiers, IP address, browser information and the consent state. Di Luca does not send reservation details or Google Analytics data to AIOS.
This site does not give AIOS a marketing-consent cookie. The AIOS configuration therefore does not create an identifying visitor cookie here; it sends visits without a visitor identifier for aggregate attribution. Global Privacy Control is treated as a denial, and no identifying attribution cookie is set.
Reservations and takeaway orders
When you choose Reserve or Takeaway, this site loads the Tebi service and opens its booking or order form. Tebi receives the information you enter, and for a takeaway order your payment, to handle the reservation or the order, and may process technical information from your browser. Tebi is a separate service provider and its own privacy information applies to those forms.
Group requests
For seven or more guests you send us a request instead of booking in Tebi. We receive your name, email address, phone number, company name if you give one, your notes, and the date, times and group size you choose. This site sends it to us by email from our own mailbox; it is not stored on this site. We use it only to contact you about the request. When we confirm, we enter the booking in Tebi, and Tebi’s privacy information applies from then on.
If you tick “Send me offers from Di Luca”, we may email you about offers and events. You can stop this at any time by replying to one of those emails or by contacting us. Without that tick, we use your details only for your request.
Hosting and basic usage
Cloudflare hosts this site and provides security and operational request processing. Its Web Analytics measures basic usage without analytics cookies. These hosting measurements are separate from the optional Google Analytics choice. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
